Utilizing galvanometer welding technology, the system offers high speed and exceptional precision.
It supports integration into automated production lines as well as standalone operation
with manual loading and unloading.
Equipped with high-precision displacement sensors, the system enables real-time monitoring
of the collapse value during the welding process.
Welding ceases immediately once the target collapse value is achieved; the system also
features automatic barcode scanning for welding operations.
It stores welding data and integrates seamlessly with MES systems.
The equipment features a dual-sided design:
One side utilizes a rotating dual-station configuration for welding,
while the other side employs a sliding-table dual-station configuration.
This allows for the simultaneous production of different products on each side and is complemented
by a visual monitoring system to facilitate debugging and the observation of welding results.
