Laser Sensor Rotary Dual-Station Welding Workbench
This system comprises a 3D motion module, a structural frame, a protective enclosure, a rotary turntable mechanism,
welding fixtures, a CCD camera positioning system, a PC-based control system,
a wire feeding mechanism, and a laser welding system, among other components.
The machine features a rotary dual-station configuration, enabling simultaneous manual
loading/unloading and automated laser welding operations.
The fixtures are designed for quick-change compatibility,
thereby minimizing product changeover times and significantly boosting production efficiency.
Each unit of the welding workbench employs a modular design, allowing for independent operation.
The CCD camera positioning system identifies the precise welding locations based on
the specific features of the product being processed.
The 3D motion module automatically synchronizes with the rotary fixture mechanism
to ensure a fully automated welding process.
Furthermore, the welding programs are fully editable,
with configurable access permissions for both operation and modification.
