Application Scenarios

The assembly line features a vertical, circular guide rail system running through the machine frame.

Each workstation constitutes a complete, self-contained assembly unit, 

capable of performing functions such as component feeding, inspection,

functional testing, and automated pick-and-place assembly.

Every workstation on the assembly line is equipped with a "motion-triggered alert" mechanism;

should any movement fail to reach its designated position, 

the machine immediately triggers an alarm, initiates a localized shutdown, and enters a waiting state.

Each workstation is designed with a dedicated "NG" (Non-Good) discharge

 port to separately collect and classify rejected parts

from acceptable parts, thereby preventing product waste.

The operating software is developed on the Windows platform, 

featuring a user interface that is clean,

professional, and intuitive—allowing operators to grasp the system status at a glance.

The interface offers both Manual and Automatic modes, facilitating

convenient and safe operation for personnel across various operational scenarios.
