Wafer Scribing Machine

Operation Workflow:
Wafer Marking Workflow:
1. Manually place the wafer face-down on the worktable; the wafer is then secured via vacuum suction.
2. The lower global recognition CCD performs preliminary positioning of the wafer.
3. The wafer moves to the lower precision positioning CCD to identify the scribing path.
4. The laser performs scribing on the wafer.
5. Once scribing is complete, the wafer moves to the unloading station, where it is manually retrieved.
ITO Glass Marking Workflow:
1. Manually place the wafer face-up on the worktable; the wafer is then secured via vacuum suction.
2. The upper global recognition CCD performs preliminary positioning of the wafer.
3. The wafer moves beneath the upper precision positioning CCD to identify the wafer alignment mark.
4. Once the alignment mark is located, the wafer moves to the unloading station, where it is manually retrieved.
5. Manually place the ITO glass on the worktable; the glass is then secured via vacuum suction.
6. The ITO glass moves beneath the laser, and the laser engraves the alignment mark onto the glass.
7. Once the mark engraving is complete, the ITO glass moves to the unloading station,
where it is manually retrieved.
8. The process for engraving characters on the ITO glass follows the same principle.
